Oil Pan Gasket - Either Fel-Pro or GM Genuine. About $25 from rockauto.com
As far as the oil pan goes, it looks like there are 2 choices on rockauto.com - Spectra Premium or Dorman. Both likely the same or very similar.

I bought the Ultra-Power oil pan gasket days ago before seeing this. Is that going to be a problem? As for the oil cooler gasket, I got the GM Genuine.

I have zero experience with Ultra Power gaskets. From what I have read elsewhere, the people behind Ultra Power purchase close-outs from all over the world and then repackage the parts with the Ultra Power name. Personally I would not chance it using an off brand gasket on an oil pan job.
