How hard is it to replace the oil pan gasket on a 2002 chevy impala? Also how much would it roughly cost? Some sites say its just taking off the pan and putting the new gasket on and putting the pan back up, others say you have to have engine supports and disconnecting a lot of other stuff.

Google doesn't provide price or a video on oil pan gasket and a lot of other forums all say different ways to do the job, they all can't be right, some say its simple others say its not worth doing it yourself cause its too hard
