02 Sierra 1500 5.3 lifters
Need some knowledge please. I have a 5.3 and it sounds like one of lifters is going out . I start the engine and starts to tap when it gets to temp . Do I have to replace the camshaft or just the lifters? Motor has 313,487 miles on it.
