Bought a 03’ Z71 awhile back, previous owner did a rear end swap from a 2500 same body style and my ujoint keep chewin itself up! I’ve tried using 2500 ujoint 1500 caps and 2500 caps being used and used this same method with a 1500 ujoint and same result. (Yes I’ve tried just a 1500 ujoint with matching caps; same with 2500 ujoint.) anyone have any theories as to what the issue is?
