I'll be driving along and rpms go to zero out of nowhere with no throttle response. Still have power. Pull over, shut it off. Start back up and sometimes it will go for another 15 seconds before it happens again or 2 weeks. Already replaced relay and pump. HELP

 

Not clear on, and assuming the tach goes to zero, but the engine is running?

 

No the engine just shuts right down but still maintain electrical power throughout. Yes tac goes right to zero. Sometimes I feel it spit and sputter a little before it does it aswell. Other times it just does it out of the blue.
