Default 05 Silverado 1500 maybe has a ABS problem

I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT. It has over 200,000 miles on it. When I drive it it feels as if I’m driving with my emergency brake on. A few weeks ago I push through this and I broke my wheel bearing I need it to replace the whole wheel housing. It worked fine for about a week and then I felt it starting up again so I had it towed and the mechanic replace the caliper. Five or six days after that it started again And Mechanic again replace the caliber. This time it started the very next day and I’ve taken it to three shops all three tell me three different things. My personal mechanic has no idea. One mechanic says to change the brake lines but they were already replaced. The last mechanic told me is my ABS module because my ABS lights is on but that’s been on for all of 2021 (mechanic said not to worry tho much about it).

does anyone have any idea what could be cause if my front driver side brake to stick / lock up? If I let it sit it drives for about 5-7 miles before I feel it starting again.

When the brake lines were replaced, was the brake hose also replaced? These get clogged inside and tend to cause problems as you are describing.

Default 2000 Silverado with similar issue

I have a 2000 Silverado that the front passenger brake gets tight. I replace the line because it was leaking. I went ahead and replaced all the front brake lines, brake hoses, and passenger caliper. It's holding pressure on the brake line. If I cracked the line at the bleeder or at where the steel and rubber hose go together the brake releases. So would it be the ABS unit going bad?

My 2012 seems to do the same thing. My front left wheel seems to stick intermittantly, and occasionally it will be holding the vehicle from moving off the torque converter at a stop light. When im driving, the sticking is intermittent and grabs and releases randomly. will pull my truck to the right hence the right side seems to be the problem. It had pretty old brake fluid in it when i bought it i have no idea if that causes that.
