Default 06 Silverado blinkers gone bonkers!!!

My 06 has been going crazy when it comes to turn signals for the past couple months. I wanna start off with the brake lights are always dim. When in reverse, all turn signal lights turn on and the reverse lights are dim. When I turn on the blinker, regardless of direction, both sides flash, but the direction I am turning is brighter, back is dim and going berserk. Flashers work, but rear is dim. I've replaced both the multi switch and the relay (expensive!) but that didn't fix it. I need help.

You have a good battery correct? And the alternator is working well too? Any OBD II codes?
