I have a 07 classic crew cab with the 4.8….the engine has spark it has proper fuel pressure no security issues and I’ve checked all the grounds on the block and frame. Any idea of what my issue could possibly be?

 

An engine needs spark, fuel, air and timing to run.

If you've ruled out spark and fuel, ensure the other 2 are satisfied. Without any further information, I'm not sure anyone could get more specific.

 

Is the check engine light on? Try spraying some fuel into the throttle body to seed if runs for a few seconds.
