I put a new comp, orifice tube, accumulator and the condencer both switchs hi and low pulled vacuum and recharged compressor would not come on so I jumped the relay so it would take 134 got pressures at 55 low side and 225 hi side those should be good enough for the compressor to come but nothing. does any one know where all of the sensors and switchs are located ?

Could be ECM issue on 99 and up. HIgh and low should be there when you did the work.Did you weigh the amount of R-134A? Compressor wont come on, might be bad relay. Sounds like you have too much pressure to me. Low 40-45 , High 175-185 is considered normal at sub-100 F degrees .Depends on individual system of course.
