Go to Advance Auto, O'Reilly, or Autozone and use their loaner leak detection tool kit. First, you'll have to purchase an ounce or so of uV dye that is compatible with motor oil (under $10), add it to the engine's crankcase, and then drive around normally for a hundred or so miles. Park your truck in a garage (or in a shaded spot) then using the uV light in the kit, look all over the engine until you see the origin of the leak.
One common area to check first is where the oil pressure sending unit/switch is located behind the intake manifold. Those are known to leak after time.
Good Luck!
