I have a 2001 k1500 Z71, I recently had to swap the original G80 rear end for a standard open rear end because I couldn't find a salvage replacement G80 in a 4.10. I intend to put a lunchbox locker in it soon but I can't find one for an 8.6" ring gear. I've found plenty for an older 8.5" ring gear 4.10. I'm wondering if the one for the 8.5" will fit in my 8.6" or if I need to go a different route somehow.
