2001 Silverado 1500 4wd 5.3 brake calipers

2001 Silverado 1500 4wd 5.3 brake calipers
Ive searched online and cannot get a definite answer. I went to replace the calipers on my 2001 1500 and saw I have dual pistons in the front, and single piston in the rear. I didn't know if that was standard for these pickup trucks, so I came here for some help. What is recommended. Thanks in advanced.
