I have a 2003 2500HD Siverado reg cab base model, 2 wheel drive, 6L engine. I had the BCM go out. I had it replaced. Then I had to replace the fuse block. When it was programmed, the daytime running lights, interior dome light, instrument cluster dimmer, alternator gauge and my backup rear camera stopped working. I replaced the light switch and nothing changed. The dome light has 6 volts. There is no power at my daytime running lights. The instrument cluster lights are constant on.. I had the try and reprogram the computer. Any suggestions of what or where the issue is?

 

To me it sounds like an issue with the new BCM or fuse block...

 

Thanks, any suggestions on where or how to test each? I noticed the backup lights don't work/don't have power either. My mechanic has had the BCM "flashed" at least 2 times, and the computer didn't show any errors. Is there an easy way to test the connections? Thanks
