2003 Chevy 1500 ac compressor not engaging unless jumped and 4wd service light on
2003 Chevy 1500 extended cab z71, 5.3 ls I just put a brand new compressor, new lines both of the new sensors. The compressor will not engage unless I jump in through the relay. It has the correct amount of Freon and the compressor is working in the air is blowing cold when it’s jumped at the same time all this was going on the service four-wheel-drive light came on. I got a new four-wheel-drive switch and it is still on. I had previously had an electrical issue and already ran a ground cable from the dash support directly to the frame. also, I checked all the fuses under the hood and they are all good and I also tried swapping around the relays.Anyone else had this issue?
