Default 2003 Silverado no ignition

I have a 2003 silverado 2500hd with the 6.0l and can not figure out what's wrong with it for the life of me. I've replaced the neutral safety switch, ignition switch, checked fuses and relays multiple times. I even plugged in my scanner to see if it would tell me any thing. All it told me was that I needed to turn the ignition to on position. Which it already was. I guess I should mention is the cel doesn't come on when the key is turned, no door open chimes, or gear indicator. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Are you sure your battery is not dead? Also, check your battery cable connections - make sure they are clean and tight.

I'd revist the ignition switch wiring connection etc.

Battery is definitely not dead. Rechecked the ignition wiring, swapped fuses and relays with my other truck and no change. Still doing the same thing. .

Did you verify the rewiring of the ignition starter switch?

Ignition wiring was all fine. Triple checked it. Got the truck running. Was looking at the wiring for the ecm and touched the to the alternator and heard a bunch of sounds that we weren't getting before. Tried to start it and it started cranking. Basically found out the ecm isn't grounded. So now we have to figure out where the ground is broken and repair it. Getting somewhere with it finally.

Check and make sure your negative battery cable to battery connection is clean and tight (not gorilla tight, but say middle schooler tight). Also, inspect your negative battery cable to make sure it has not been invaded by moisture and turned all green at either end.
