2004 pickup no defrost

2004 pickup no defrost
I have a 2004 pickup with duel climate control. Bought this truck recently and I have no or very very little air out of the defrost, but have good floor and vent flow. I removed the mode motor and manually move both doors pictured and nothing seems to get out of the defrost vents. Any ideas? Thanks
