Default 2005 Silverado Crew Cab Lean?

My 2005 Silverado LT crew cab has only 63K miles on it, purchased used from a co-worker. Noticed it seems to have a slight downward lean towards the left front wheel. If I measure the distance from the left front and right front tires to the respective fender wells, the left is a slightly shorter distance. I noticed this walking up the driveway one day because it appears the right rear side of the bed is slightly higher than the left rear side (viewed from behind truck).

I've heard there is a TSB about this, what is the number and what does it say?
Also, is there a quick and inexpensive fix anyone has proven? I thought about a small spacer under the left front coil spring, but didn't want to start that effort until I did some research (namely here).

Did they not use torsion bars on 05's?

I'm thinking you can adjust it out with the torsion bars if it had them.
