Default Aftermarket cam

I'm looking to do a few performance upgrades on my 2006 Silverado 1500hd and was looking into getting an aftermarket cam but not really sure what would work best. I want power and quality but I am also going to add headers, exhaust and a tune. So if anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them

Well really depends on what you're looking for. I'd do some sort of converter with it as well. Def will want headers/intake/tune to combine it all. Will really wake your truck up. I've read somethin like 216/220 112 lsa with a 3000 stall is a good combo for the heavier truck. Or a 212/218 110lsa. Somethin to keep the power band lower to get that heavy truck movin

Try to check out Comp cams at texas-speed as I've heard good things about it.
