Default 75 not 74

I have a 2006 Silverado vortex max. I have very strange and intermittent problems with the digital dual heat. Every post or video or website I have ever seen that talks about replacing or repairing or reprogramming the digital heat display says that when it first powers on after fuse removal or out of box says that the display will start at 74 degrees on the screen. My display starts at 75, I have replaced the heater controls twice and they all start at 75 in my truck. What the heck?
