So my suv is dead. Looking to get a truck from a friend engine and transmission run good. However it could use/needs a new cab. The truck is a 2000 2500. I know the rockers are gone and there's a hole on the driver side floor. Says the engine is a 6.0 will see when I'm there for sure and all. Extended cab with ac and such. Since I'm doing a cab swap how hard/doable would it be to switch over to a crew cab? Bed could be replaced too if I wanted to. And any tips on it? Thank you all in advance
