Default Codes PO102, PO122, PO175

2000 K3500 7.4L
So I had two leaking injectors on the passenger side.
Replaced all of them.
Pressure now holds.
Ran great, but after a couple of days, light came on.
Still running fine.
PO102-MAF, PO122-TPS, PO175-Bank 2 rich.
I did have a PO175 before changing the injectors.
Since the injectors were leaking on bank 2, I'm thinking the O2 is now bad.
TPS is at O%, but response fine.
Anyone know if O% is correct????
Anyother suggestions/thoughts????

No, I think valid range is 5% - 95%. zero is "nothing"

Kind of what I was thinking.
But why would it change???
It still seems to be working as the reading goes up.
Strange.

Found a clip on utube about P0175.
Seems a leaking intake manifold or a saturated charcoal canister could be the problem.
I did check for leak when I changed the injectors, but will check again.
Hope it's as easy as the charcoal canister.
I'll try cleaning the MAF too.
Still wondering about the TPS.

I would troubleshoot the MAF and TPS problem first. An issue there might be the cause of rich mixture.

Still getting a P0175 code.
P0122 and P0102 gone and did not come back.
Seems to be running fine.
So for changed all 8 injectors.
Two on bank 2 were leaking, and causing hard starting. Flooding.
Replaced them with chinese junk.
Took a chance because they were way cheaper as a set, than replacing just the two bad ones.
For got to erase the codes the first time.
Did it on the second check.
Bad 02???
Short term reading look good and even.
Any suggestions????

That means you'll be doing it again very soon.

for what? Are you still getting P0175
Do a fuel pressure leakdown test.
I would use OEM injectors only.

I'm hoping not.
Took a chance.

Fuel pressure is now holding.
Wasn't before.
Injectors #2 and #4 were leaking.

Going to pull both 02, and try swapping them.
If it is a bad 02, problem should go from one side to the other.
Hopefully.

So I swapped the O2 sensors from side to side.
So far no code.
Strange.
Getting the passenger side out was a pita.
Getting to the wire plug was the worse part.
Looking for a harness extender.
