I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 w/ 5.3 Engine turns over and feels like it wants to start but does not. Has been running great with no issuses parked outside in the 10 degree weather and thought that may have had something to do with it. Pulled it inside my garage that is around 40 truck still will not start.
