Default Front brakes EXTREME DRAG plz help

Really need help on this one, literally had everything on the truck fixed and perfect and then the brakes ****ed up, basically the brakes are dragging so much to the point when I jack up the truck, I can barely turn the wheel by hand, like at all, I replaced both brake hoses, no luck, replaced pads, rotors are new, I took the abs fuse out and it's still doing it, I was assuming it could be the calipers, but considering both of them are locking up the same amount at the same exact time, it wouldnt make sense, the only code I have is for a bad wheel speed sensor on passenger side, but cant imagine that making both front brakes lockup, bled all 4 brakes, greased slide pins, made sure everything is installed correctly and still no luck, I'd rather not replace a damn 300$ abs module and 300$ abs pump so if anyone can help me out I would appreciate it

wss code is not related to the problem. never seen an abs module cause that...what about a bad brake master cylinder

you rule out everything else first.
-are the caliper brackets free of rust...can the pads move easily in the brackets...if not clean out with a file
-do the caliper pistons push back with a depresser tool...if not the calipers are seized
-crack a bleeder screw...if the pressure releases and the wheel can be turned it may be a master cylinder

new pads and brackets put on today and greased em, and slide pins, the pistons take a **** ton of effort to push back in actually, and cracking bleeder releases like the slightest amount of pressure but barely
