Default Fuel and evap system

I'm trying to locate the diagram for the fuel tank and evap lines I replaced my sending unit and get the 0440 code popping up. The vent line that's on the rear of the tankand the line runs the length of tank the line just ends I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or connected to the evap tank any info is appreciated

I don't recall the code but I've had two evap codes and seen them in the shop but I would try taking sand paper or emry cloth to the face of the hole where the pump goes when filling up at the has station. After that apply a little bit of grese or vasaline on the rim face and put the gas cap back on. After that clear the code and if it comes back it's something else

any tank hose should not be open. the tank vent should connect to the evap cannister. the evap cannister should vent out the vent solenoid to a fresh air filter...located near the filler neck....depends on your model year??
