Default Headlight problems

I'm sure it's been asked but I'm not seeing anything in my search. I have a 2001 Silverado. My headlights are not working. I have replaced the bulbs, the relays, and all the fuses for the headlights. I replaced the headlight switch in the dash as it appears to also be a common fault. All of these still hasn't allowed my headlights to start working. The daytime lights underneath turn on but not the high or low bulbs. I can't seem to figure out why they aren't receiving any power. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome from Florida. One other thing that might cause is the DRL sensor in the dash. It might not be switching to night time.

Thank you for the welcome! This Ambient light sensor will cause the lights to not working even when switched on manually? Isn't that only for when the switch is automatic mode? New to the chevy problems. Been workiing on BMWs and not quite used to the Chevy setup quite yet. Learning more as I go.
