Default Help rough idle possible vacuum leak

changed out my spider injector on my 02 silverado now I'm getting a rough idle. i double checked everything and everything is connected as it should be. i used carb cleaner to clean out all the carbon build up. could that be the issue? Also when i put on the intake on the spider it was hard to put on so i tried my best to shove it and used the bolts to tighten them up could that have been a factor since it didnt seal properly?

Or could i have not created a good enough seal? Some air connections where only connected with silicone so im not sure if thats a factor or not. Any help would be great. 02 silverado 4.3 v6 2wd Also if i hit the gas pedal slowly the check engine light flashes 1 or 2 or 3 times.

i just checked with carb cleaner sprayed all around and no change in idle. Im stuck. Any help would be much appreciated
