Ignition cylinder

On the cylinder there is that black plastic thing, with the two wings on it.
It broke
Does anyone know if you can buy the separate????

2000 K3500 Auto, tilt steering.

If you are talking about the ignition cylinder where you put your key, you will have to buy the ignition lock cylinder. The 2 wings are part of the cylinder.

I was hoping I could just by the wing part.

If you mean the master cylinder brake cap Dorman makes those too:The rubber seal fits inside with the cap on top that snaps into place:
