Ignition issues
My 2003 Chevy ext cab stepside 4 wheel drive was almost stolen at Walmart parking lot at NOON on Sunday.
They messed up the ignition key cylinder. I had to drill it out and ordered a replacement from the dealer which I had to code.
It does seem to fit and lock into the housing but does not seem to be in the groove to trigger the ignition switch. I turn the cylinder and it kind of free spins.
Has anyone ran into this?
also there was a fuse on the floor board and I can’t see a place where it would go. I assume it was pulled to silence the audible alarm.
