Hello, I have a leak on my truck.the truck is a 2003 Chevy 1500hd LT. It seems the leak is coating the bottom of the oil and and even getting on to the trans. The fluid is orange so I’m thinking it’s coolant, I can’t really smell anything coming off of it. It will only leak a few drops once you stop and turn off the truck. I don’t really know what to look for or where to start. I’ve read the pump can leak out of the weep hole but for it to get onto the trans seems a little odd.

fluid leaks flow down and back...so post a pic of the leak at its highest and most forward spot.
water pump will leak down the timing cover.
