Default Motor running sound behind glove box

Hello all,
just picked up a 99 silverado. I have a "motor" / actuator sound coming from behind the glove box it seems. Any ideas what it could be? Its random but but often. Thanks for the help.

all depends on how accessible the actuator is. there can be either 3 or 4 depending on your build. some you can get at, one requires dash removal.
