Need some help
Check the wiring to the O2 sensor. There might be a broken wire at the connector or somewhere between the PCM and the O2 sensor. If you do not find anything amiss, remove the new O2 sensor and install it on the other side to see if the sensor itself is bad.
Remember, a DTC tells you that there is a problem with a system or circuit. It does not indicate that a given part is bad, hence some diagnostic work needs to be performed.
