Default New shocks for 2001 silverado

I have a 2001 1500 LS 5.3L silverado short bed step side with 132,000 miles. Has the same shocks that came on the truck when I bought it new. Yes there completely worn out. Also I need new spark plugs. What would you guys suggest for spark plugs and shocks for my truck. I know even with new shocks it will still be a little rough riding because it's a short bed. I really like to smooth it out as much as possible. I tried to search for a answer but didn't find anything, my searching suck I guess. Please help me. TIA

I bought rancho's (9000s I want to say) for my truck, but mine is 4x4 z-71-ish.

I want to say monroe had a comfort ride shock. You should be able to pull up several options from the big parts stores web pages.

I have found that shocks like Monroe and Gabriel work just as good as the higher priced big name shocks and are less money. These would be great for every day driving. I always use the original AC plugs same as came with the truck when replacing them.
