Default Please help!

I have an 05 Silverado (5.3, 4l60e, 4wd)
shortly after buying the truck I noticed that my rpm gauge would fluctuate 100-200 rpm while going between 40-50 mph, had it hooked to a computer but there were no codes so I continued to drive it... one day while I was headed home from work it slipped out of overdrive. I went ahead and had it rebuilt (already had a hard 1-2 shift). Got the truck back and it drove fine for a few weeks, noticed that the rpm shutter was back, and soon after it slipped out of overdrive again!
Everyone ive talked to about the fluctuating rpms says that it is the lock out slipping in and out but with the trans rebuild came a brand new converter! I’m at a loss here...I’ve replaced the MAF and TPS but still have the same problem, rpms fluctuate between 40-50 mph unless I give more gas or let off the gas and occasionally the trans will jump out of overdrive
PLEASE HELP!
