2000 3500 4x4 auto 7.4L
Hardly driven.
Needed to replace an injector, but when I got the fuel rail off, I noticed rust in the lines.
The tank was rusted and replaced around 7 years ago.
Filter and fuel pump replaced at the sametime.
Going to drop the tank and see how bad it is.
Going to use a liquid tank sealer in it.
I would rather replace the lines instead of just cleaning them out.
Is there a kit to replace the metal lines with the new style plastic lines, using the same fittings????

 

Looking on amazon, they have a kit for 1988 to 1997.
Don't see anything for a 2000.
Anyone know if the fittings are the same???
The one on this truck are hard lines with the screw in o-ring fittings, not the push in newer type.
