Shudder and Shimmy

Shudder and Shimmy
Hello again all, I hoping for a mystic guru to point me in the right direction. The issue I am having is that my truck will shudder(fast oscillating vibrations) over small imperfections or bumps. Even driving through my yard will cause this. Sometimes I can tell that it upsets the rear contact patch enough to shimmy(quick slight side to side motion, like a wiggle) the rear and bit. Any speed from 5mph on up to above safe highway speeds will have this issue so I do not think it to be speed related. All shocks are brand new Monroe's front and rear. I've tried two sets for the rear. Goodyear wrangler tires on 18" Yukon wheels. SBSC 2wd with a 3.42 open diff. 6.0L 4L60e. I do not have a tailgate at the moment so I'm wondering if the truck is too light. Anyway, let me know what you guys think.
