02 Silverado 2500HD with 6.0 & 4L80E

I was having issues with my old trans burning the oil and shifting hard. I was told the trans needed rebuilt so I decided to buy another one. This new one I put is stalling when I put it in gear. I was told the TCC was stuck so I got a new torque converter and put it in and it is still doing the same thing, stalling when putting it in gear. It is perfect in P & N, just stalls when I put it in any gear.

It shifts hard if I keep my foot on the gas when I shift into gear, but does not stall. I can almost hear what sounds like .

I have changed out all solenoids in the valve body.

I also notice that the oil pressure is right above 20 when at idle.

I have 2 videos below. 1 shows it stalling, the other one you can hear a noise coming from TC when I put into gear.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
