Silverado 2004 transfer case stuck in neutral

Is the fuse blown? ATC or TREC, Start out simple first. If it's not, pull that fuse anyways and leave it for 15 min to reset the system. I have checked fuses, unplugged battery for an hour! I also replaced switch, tccm, and encoder and reset with the battery again. Was stuck in 4low now the switch shows 4low but transfer case is in neutral. Will grind if shifted from any gear back to park!

Try holding 2 wheel drive button while you turn the key on. If that doesn't work, take the motor off and turn with a pair of pliers. Plug the motor on while off and try to activate with the buttons. You will need the motor cog in line with the shaft, for it to be able to go back on. Change the transfer case fluid. Auto-trak 2. If all else fails, you might contact here to see if they have a kit for your truck.

If you can get it into 4 high, you can add a toggle to disengage the front wheels.
