Default Slipping when going around 65 mph, and struggling to go uphill

So I'm pretty sure my transmissions goin bad, but I'd like to hear if anybody else has a different opinion.

So my truck sat for a couple months until I found the time to go replace my water pump and radiator - one was bad, decided to change the whole system minus the reservoir.

After I got it all buttoned up, started driving and noticed slippage around 65 mph and a struggle going uphill at interstate speeds - from 65 to 50

It also makes a loud droning sound like an airplane rotor that grows as i hit higher speeds, like a rotary turbine just goin crazy

I know it's a lot of information - also that sound was there before, I just didn't have any slippage. If anyone's got an idea I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!
