Default Smoking

I have an 02 GMC Sierra 2 wheel drive 5.3 with 325,000 miles that I bought new, yesterday it would not start , battery bad . Jumped started and let truck run for about a half hour , when i pulled off to go get battery truck smoked blue smoke for a couple blocks then quit smoking completely. Doen't smoke when starting . This is the second time i have had this problem with the smoking . Any ideas ?

Motor oil is getting into the combustion chambers. Could be worn valve/guides or hardened up valve seals.Which is normal at 325K.
