Default Silverado won't start after saftey switch bypass

So im having an issue getting my truck started. When I turn the key nothing happens radio, lights and all that jazz die when turning the key. Today I decided to bypass the neutral saftey switch but even after that nothing. I dont think its the battery cause windows radio lights all that work until I turn the key so im lost. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Its the 2001 Silverado 1500 Extended Cab

Check the starter relay and then the starter itself.

I have checked the starter and relay and they are both good. I shouldve mentioned that it ran perfectly fine the night started up no problem multiple times then the next day nothing. I have also changed battery terminals and the clip of wires going into the ignition on the steering column. It has me and 3 other people completely stumped

You say the problem happens when you turn the key - does that mean when you turn all the way to the starter engage position, or does it happen leaving key in the "run" or ACC position too? Probably should load test battery if not done yet

Yeah it happens with key all the way on. When I first turn it everything powers on fine gauges radio clock etc but when going to actually crank it everything dies nothing happens the battery that came in the truck cold starts at 525 and is topped at 650 I currently have it on a charger charging it up to see if thats the problem. Will update

Quick ghetto check to try - takes two people - get under car with a hammer, have helper turn key to start and tap the starter a few times. If it comes to life it's time for a new starter. And yes, they can be fine today, not so fine tomorrow!

Just a quick update cause I know y'all sitting at your computers waiting to know but I had the starter retested at another place and it came up as dead on there machine so I tried another place for a tiebreaker and it came up dead again. So after a whole day fighting to get it out ill be putting it in tomorrow and I hope this is the solution.
