I have a 99 2500 with LQ4 6.0 and have a small issue. When it's cold it starts runs drives just fine but if I start it cold and maybe go 6 blocks to say a gas station and shut it off for maybe 10 min then start it and go it starts to chug and want to die unless I put it in neutral and rev it up a bit then back in gear and it's ok then the rest of the time. I have put in new plugs. wires, and coils. Wonder if injectors need to be replaced? just turned 200k TIA
