Throttle body repeated failure???
Hi new user need help replaced the throttle body 3x now after “reduced engine power” always the same failure code, replaced the throttle body pedal position sensor assy. Lasts about 3 months each time, something has to be causing it. I just don’t know now??

Zero sarcasm. I am dead serious
Would be nice if you provided complete information in your first post.... I'll save everyone else the trouble of looking it up for you here, but the fault he is getting is "throttle/pedal position sensor/switch A/B voltage correlation"
Obviously whatever you did didn't work, otherwise you wouldn't be here
Except, what you did was fire the parts cannon, not diagnose so of course you still don't know what the problem is.
Diagnosing means reading TSBs and schematics, measuring voltages, using diagnostic tools etc. to find what the actual problem is.
If this isn't your first rodeo , then you didn't learn anything in all the previous ones.
Did you perform a diagnostic relearn each time you replaced parts?
Did you verify the sensor position values with a diagnostic tool?
Start with the diagnostic steps here: https://www.obd-codes.com/p2135
