Default Truck stalled with ABS Light and Service Brake System, won't start.

I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado 4.8L V8 1500 Classic. I was driving today and the engine shut off. It maintained power on the dash, and it displayed the ABS light and a message saying "Service Brake System". The brake pedal felt immovable. I came to a stop and put the truck in park. I turned the key to the off position, and then tried to start it again but it didn't even crank. It didn't make a clicking noise, it didn't try to start at all. It illuminates the dash again with the "Service Brake System" and the ABS light on. I checked the battery with a multimeter and it's fully charged and good to go. I tried to jump start the truck and still no crank at all. The trucks been well maintained, it recently had all drums, calipers and rotors replaced, new rear diff, new tie rods, Flowmaster exhaust. I have no idea what it could be, I imagine the starter going out wouldn't cause the truck to shut down, it just would start back up. If it's the alternator, I feel like the battery would've had to been dead for it to shut down like that. The battery's fine though. If it's the ABS module, I don't believe that would prevent the truck from even cranking at all? I'm lost. Any helps appreciated! I had the truck towed, so im trying to exhaust all options, as money is far too tight, given I bought the truck used about a month ago. It has 166000 miles. Thank you

Welcome to the forum.
Don't rack your brain trying to guess, when you can run a diagnostic scan to eliminate a lot of possibilities all at once.

I was unable to hook up an odb2 because it wasnt communicating at all. The PCMb 20amp fuse blew, so i swapped it out, turned the key and it blew again immediately. I then put it a 30 amp fuse to bypass it temporarily, and was able to get this reading.

sounds like there's an overloaded circuit that you need to find. Look for damaged wires/connectors. It won't be easy unfortunately.
There a schematics on charm.li that can help.
