Turn Signal Issue

I have a 04 Silverado that when I turn on the turn signals they work but are dim and once I turn my headlights on the turn signals kind of turn into hazards and both flash

It sounds like there is a poor ground connection where the battery negative cable is connected to the sheet metal of the vehicle.

I’ve checked the ground that goes from frame to the battery and it is solid it’s there any other grounds on the vehicle i could check
