bought 2002 diesel 4 wheel drive silverado 2 weeks ago. went to use 4 wheel drive a couple of days ago and it wanders and pulls back and forth really bad. any ideas. it has a lift and bigger tires. it does not do it in 2 wheel drive.

 

Did anyone ever figure this out in dealing with this same exact problem

 

can you describe the situation when you were trying to use 4WD, like why you needed it, what was the surface, the speed, straight ahead or in a turn, etc.

Have you been servicing the drivetrain regularly? some vehicle details would also certainly not kill you.
