'Hello all.

I have a 2009 5.3L Chevy Silverado 1500 LT. When I attempt to start it, particularly on a cold start or if it has sat for more than 25 minutes, it tends to crank but almost as if its not getting fuel. A mechanic told me before that it was a "Fuel Pressure Regulator" but when I try to find that part online to fix it myself, it doesn't exist. It will start normal almost all of the time, but sometimes it will crank and crank and crank and it will just stop. then I try to start it again and it starts with no problem. I know for a fact it's not the starter because it seems to work just fine. When it does start though, it will have a mis in it running and it runs very rough when in idle. Any advice or knowledge of what it could be would be of great help!
