2008 speaker randomly ditorted at start up

2008 speaker randomly ditorted at start up
Hi. I have a 2008 Silverado LTZ with Bose sound system. I purchased it new. This just started to happen Randomly when I start vehicle. All The speakers sound overpowered and distorted even when volume is down. I turn the vehicle off let all the dome light power down. Restart vehicle it doesn’t do it.(note) It only happens periodically. Could this be caused by the amp?
