I recently went to Houston and picked up a new trailer. Due to the terrain I selected four wheel high and continue without problems. Once hooked up I began to pull away and while turning to the right I decided to select two wheel high. the switch blinked in the two wheel high selection then the xfer case switch accordingly. The problem arouse after the process ad the amber light on the switch extinguished. I attempted to select four wheel high but the system is literally dead. The light for selection is out and there is no response that any action is coming from the xfer case. I reckon I was lucky it broke in two wheel high so I could at least drive it home. What I've done so far to attempt to fix it is:
- Checked the fuses under the hood (All Good I believe)
- Replaced the front differential solenoid
- Replaced the 4WD selector switch on the dash
Nothing has worked and if there are more fuses or relays that need my attention, I would very much appreciate some professional advice. Thanks for your help!
