Hmmmmm I know I do have evap air temperature sensor reading -9 and some duct Temp sensors reading-51. Do you happen to have a picture of the sensor and its location or a part number?

looks like that could be the issue too, I’ll try and attach the pic of the part. Mind you, the sensor is a bit of a tough one to put back into the coil. But with the right leverage, it can be done. I dropped the plenum that surrounds the coil (black plastic with screws and tabs holding it together) and it had to be wedged apart. The black plastic attached to the new sensor just has to be forced back into the coil fins pretty firmly and I relocated mine to the closest spot I could get to. I don’t have pics of where the sensor plugs in but if you remove the upper glove box and look behind and to the left of the airbag deployment unit you should see a black, red or orange stopper with wires. That’s your sensor. Just remove the old one and fish tape the new one so you can get ahold of it on the sensor in. Then reassemble and it should work like a peach.

no you shouldn’t have to move the airbag. I went digging through my files trying to find pics of when I replaced the dang thing but all I could find was a pic of the glove boxes off. The top red arrow is where you should find a red looking connector with a two strand wire and the weird looking rubber gasket. The bottom red arrow is where the evap coil is in the plenum. But I thought I had a pic of looking inside behind the glovebox to the left of the airbag. Oh well, hope any of that helps.

This will definitely help, so do you remove the rubber gasket and drop the sensor down and place it in the coil? Sorry for so many questions but I have never done anything with AC. I normally leave that to the "professionals" but so far no one can figure out the issue. Thanks

from what I dealt with, the gasket is glued to the wire so removing it was impossible without damaging the wire. I taped an 8 gauge wire roughly 2ft long to the sensor and wiggled it around through the hole of the gasket to pop out of the plenum down below the dash. From there, I was able to grab hold of the sensor and push it into the coil firmly. It’ll bend some fins on the micro-channel coil but it won’t hurt anything. Then you just pop the gasket in the hole, hook up the wire connector and reassemble the glove boxes and such. I’d say it took me about an hour and a half and it would probably do you some good to pull the passenger seat out to give you some room to get down low. I did it with the seat in but they are easy to remove.
