2011 2500 transmission slips

2011 2500 transmission slips
So I have a 2011 2500hd with 177,xxx miles be on it. Only going uphill does it feel like my transmission slips. I get an rpm fluctuation of about 200-300 rpm and a small noise from under the truck. Any advice for me?
